Court Charges Rosetta Lawrence

-For Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Terroristic Threats, Criminal Coercion 

The Monrovia City Court (MCC) has issued a writ of arrest for the living body of madam Rosetta Lawrence on crimes of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and criminal coercion.

According to the writ of arrest, madam Lawrence is alleged of violating the new revised penal code of Liberia sections 14.24, 14.27, and 17. 3 after she on Friday May 10, 2019 at 2:00pm  without authorization, privileged and license entered the premises of the Palm Spring Hotel against the will and consent of the management (private prosecutor).

The writ further said the illegal entry of Madam Rosetta Lawrence caused public annoyance and inconvenience disrupted the private prosecutor’s activities of the hotel and threatened to kill the private prosecutor and is therefore accused of crime.

“The utterances from you the defendant has tarnished the reputation of the private prosecutor she built over the years and brought disgrace in public ridicule. The alleged act of you defendant being intentional, wicked, unlawful and criminal is in violation of the new revised penal code of Liberia  sections 14.24, 14.27, and 17. 3, there and then, the crimes  herein you defendant did, do and commit,” the Monrovia City Court said in a writ of arrest for Madam Rosetta Lawrence issued to on May  13, AD 2019.

Madam Lawrence is a former employee of palm spring Resort located in Congo Town. She is currently working with Mr. Onyiama, manger of  Club Beer and Consul General of Ukrainian Consulate in Liberia. Her  current boss is in competition with GoBet231k a betting company managed by Palm Spring  Resort .
